DESIGN SERVICES

The first step is the Consultation, which usually takes place at the client’s home or business where we discuss your needs, budget, and goals. We are looking for your thoughts on color, fabric, furniture styles and other preferences.

We will photograph and measure your rooms, along with any existing furniture or accessories you would like incorporated in your design. We ask to see all areas of your space even if you are not requesting our services for some of those areas. The objective is to create continuity in all areas of your environment.

The initial meeting usually takes 1-2 hours. No design advice will be given at this time; this is only the beginning of the design process.

After the consultation, we will estimate our time investment and draft a contract outlining a project fee and the scope of work agreed upon by both parties. A portion of the total project fee and signed contract are required to commence work.

The Design Review Meeting takes place at our office and includes a design proposal tailored to fit your specific needs and budget. Your design presentation may include floor plans, 3D models, plumbing & lighting fixtures, materials & finishes, furniture, window treatments, fabrics, etc… depending on the scope of the project.

Upon agreement of the design plan, a deposit will be required to begin the Procurement process.

Installation will be scheduled once all items on your order have been received. Our install team will place furniture, hang art & window treatments,  and accessorize to complete your space!

Upon completion, we photograph our projects for our portfolio, social media, and various publications. We love continuing to work with our clients as they embark on new projects over the years.
